Belittling people in public is wrong.
Repay kindness with kindness.
Use diplomacy at all times.
Critique, don't criticize.
Evaluate people on their merit, not on your issues.
Give more than you receive.
Remove personal vendettas from the arena.
Always be in excellence.
Do unto others as you would like done unto you.
You see it, you must own it.
Establish relationship, build bridges.
Attribute good commentary to all you encounter.
Thank those that work together for the good they created.
Stop bickering, and stay on the path of the righteous.
Supervise as you want to be supervised, not subordinated.
Hilight the positive, redesign the negatives.
Institute change by empowering others to do great things.
Thank those that are courageous to tell you the truth
and take that truth to heart.
